Things Left Unsaid

Jess Deacon Quintet

“While some things may have been left unsaid, they were not left “unsung”. We were treated to a night of magnificent singing from Jess with wonderfully sympathetic playing from her band.” — President, Wellington Jazz Club

Expressing the emotional ebbs and flows of life through song, vocalist and songwriter Jess Deacon uses jazz as a foundation for expression of all kinds.

“Things Left Unsaid” is a collection of works which include jazz standards with original lyrics and vocalese written by Jess, as well as new music which uses jazz as a foundation for expression of all kinds!

Jess will be accompanied by a stellar line-up of accomplished musicians, adorning the performance with their flair and flavour.
