ARTIST APPLICATIONS

Port of Tauranga NATIONAL JAZZ FESTIVAL TAURANGA 2025 IS NOW ACCEPTING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FROM ARTISTS!

Every year we have many artists who want to perform at the festival, in the following events:

• Baycourt Concert Series: Thu 17- Sun 20 April

• Downtown Carnival: Sat 19- Sun 20 April

• Bar and café gigs: Fri 11 – Sun 21 April

• Jazz Village: Fri 18 April

• The Hurricane Party: Sat 19 April

• Jazz Cruise: Sat 19 - Sun 20 April

• Jazz at the Mount: Mon 21 April

As part of the application process you are required to supply photos, music, video footage and current tech rider and stage plot.

APPLICATION TIMELINE

• 31st August 2024 applications close (Note: may close earlier depending on volume of applications)
• August to September application review period
• October 2024 applicants notified of outcome
• October – 25 November 2024 contracting period for successful applicants
