Artist Submissions

Port of Tauranga NATIONAL JAZZ FESTIVAL TAURANGA 2026 IS NOW ACCEPTING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FROM ARTISTS!

Every year we have many artists who want to perform at the festival, in the following events:

• Uptown Downtown | Dates: Fri 28^th March – Thurs 2^nd April
• Jazz at the Jam Factory | Fri 28, Sat 29, Sun 30 March
• Hot Pool Jazz | Monday 23^rd March, Mon 30 March, Sat 4^th April, Sun 5^th April, Mon 6^th April
• The Jazz Village | Fri 3^rd April
• Downtown Carnival | Sat 4^th and Sun 5^th April
• Baycourt Concert Series (Addison and X-Space Theatres) | Thurs 2^nd – Sun 5^th April
• Jazz at the Mount | Mon 6^th April
• Hurricane Party | Sat 4^th April
• Sunset Cruise | Sat 4^th and Sun 5^th April

As part of the application process you are required to supply photos, music, video footage and current tech rider and stage plot.

APPLICATION TIMELINE

• 15th September 2025 applications close (Note: may close earlier depending on volume of applications)
• September to October application review period
• November 2025 applicants notified of outcome
• November - December 2025 contracting period for successful applicants
