Terms and Conditions

• The promotion runs from Thursday 27 March to Sunday 6 April 2026 during the National Jazz Festival Tauranga.

• Entry is free.

• To enter, participants must scan the EVES Scan and Win QR code and complete the online entry form.

• QR codes will be located across festival venues including bars, restaurants, lounges and hidden corners at the Uptown Downtown street festival, and the Jazz Village at The Historic Village.

• One entry per person, per day is permitted.

• Participants may enter again on another day of the festival for additional chances to win.

• The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 7 April 2026.

• Winners will be contacted using the phone number provided on the entry form.

• If a winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, EVES Real Estate reserves the right to redraw the prize.

• The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• EVES Real Estate staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.

• Winners will be announced publicly on EVES Real Estate and National Jazz Festival social media channels.

• By entering the competition, participants agree that their name may be used for promotional purposes in relation to the competition.

• EVES Real Estate reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any incomplete or invalid entries.

• EVES Real Estate reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if necessary.
